If you have a baby who is fast approaching three months, six months, nine months, or one year, you’ll know that they are growing and changing, and getting more alert every single day!
They will have changed so much since they were photographed as a newborn, so it’s no surprise to us that our baby photo sessions are incredibly popular with parents who are keen to document the rapid changes in their little one’s first year.
What to Expect from your Milestone Session
By the time your baby is sitting up independently, they’ll be smiling and giggling and curious about everything! So, when you book a PURE Milestone Portrait, I can guarantee that you’ll get a variety of photos from your baby’s session, each one packed with personality! Plus, we’ll have lots of fun in the studio during our time together.
Our Milestone Portraits are the perfect opportunity for you to enjoy a professional portrait experience and to come away with super-cute, simply styled portraits that celebrate them hitting those early milestones.
Whether they have just mastered sitting up by themselves or are now confidently toddling around the room, hooray! They have come a long way in such a short space of time, so let’s celebrate them in photographs!
Right now, your baby is at an adorable stage, but time flies and how they are today will soon only be a memory. So, let’s freeze time by capturing these special moments so you can enjoy them for years to come.
Portraits of your Older Baby
what comes next
Booking: There is no wrong time to photograph your baby – 3 months, 6 months, 9 months are usual milestones. Maybe you missed out on a newborn session – well, this is perfect!! A deposit of £100 is payable upon booking and this is deductible from your total due at the time of the session.
The Session: Your Milestone session is held at our welcoming studio in Kingswells, Aberdeen and will last around one hour. From experience, I know that this is enough time for me to capture many adorable photos for you, yet not too long for your baby. I love capturing special moments with parents and their baby, so you will be in some of the portraits! We finish off with a bath, for some extra cute portraits.
Viewing your Portraits: Following your session, you’ll be invited back to our gorgeous studio for a personalised viewing appointment where you will view your images in a beauitful video.
Our milestone sessions include a 45 minute session in the studio, parent & sibling portraits and a cozy bath to finish up!
What to Bring
Please bring along something pastel/cream or white for your little one, dresses or shorts and t-shirts look great and bare legs are especially cute! A white romper will also work fine. Mum and Dad, you’re also more than welcome to take part, and white or pale tops/dress for mum will be perfect for this part of the session. Please don’t forget a towel!
