To book your session:

A signed contract, and payment of the session fee is due to book your session (please contact us for current session fees and availability). Once your session is booked, we will set up a telephone or email consultation to discuss clothing, location and to answer any questions you may have.  We will also be in touch a week or so before your session to confirm everything, and we’ll go over which type of portraits are most important to you.

Payment:

Due to the individual nature of our products, please be aware that we require payment in full when the order is placed. We accept cash and most credit/debit cards.

Timescale:

Your images will be ready for viewing within, approximately, 3 weeks after the shoot. We'll be in touch then to arrange a viewing appointment. Please allow 6 weeks for printing and framing on completion of your order.

Viewing Appointment:

We strongly encourage ‘in person’ viewing whenever possible, but, If you live more than an hour from the studio or have difficulty getting everyone who wants to be there organised at the same time, you can opt for online ordering. Online galleries will be available for 7 days. If your order isn’t placed within those 7 days, you will be required to come back to the studio and will have missed the Special 1st Appointment Discount Pricing.

Special 1st Appointment Discount Pricing:

To qualify for our Special 1st Appointment Discount Pricing, you must pay for your order IN FULL, at your 1st Viewing Appointment, or, if you have chosen to view your images online, within seven days of your online gallery opening. This price is a considerable saving on our normal price and is not available after your 1st Viewing Appointment.

Additional Viewing Appointments:

Extra Viewing Appointments are charged at £50, and orders placed at these appointments will not qualify for our Special 1st Appointment Discounted pricing.
